As Invento Technology and Information Services Inc., we prioritize the security of your personal data, which we process as the data controller defined in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

PROCESSING PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 and secondary regulations, for the purposes and legal reasons specified below. In this context, your personal data (name, surname, email, phone, company where you work) provided by marking the consent box on the web form in accordance with the legitimate interest legal basis specified in Article 5-2f of the law is processed for the purpose of providing education via webinar.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. may share your personal data domestically and/or internationally with its affiliates and subsidiaries (and/or third-party business partners for the performance of the business) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law for the purpose of providing education via webinar.

METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. collects your personal data through the registration process with your explicit consent to participate in the webinar by filling out the form. In addition, your personal data is collected when you communicate through other methods with Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. and disclose information.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with Article 5-2f of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, within the legal basis of legitimate interest.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

As the data subject, you can apply to Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. to

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or internationally,
  • Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and, within this scope, request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against you by the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law, and request notification of  third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in case of correction, deletion, or destruction,
  • You have the right to request the rectification of the damage in case you suffer any damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding the mentioned rights to Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. in accordance with the application methods stipulated in the Communique on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Invento Technology and Information Services Inc. may request the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
