Invento Technology and Information Services Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “INVENTO”) values the security of your personal data as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.
PROCESSING PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and secondary regulations for the purposes and legal bases stated below: Within the scope of webinar activities, advertising campaigns, and social media activities conducted within INVENTO, your “Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information” data will be obtained, and, if you open your camera or microphone as a Participant and/or Panelist during the webinar, your data falling under the category of “Visual and Auditory Records” will be processed in accordance with the legal basis of “it is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” under Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698. Your “Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, Visual and Auditory Records” data will be processed based on the legal basis of “explicit consent” in accordance with Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698 to increase the visibility of INVENTO, provide information, publish announcements, reach the target audience more quickly, and detect feedback in social media activities.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
INVENTO will transfer your personal data to third-party business partners necessary for the performance of the business, and, within the scope of explicitly stated legal obligations and fulfillment of legal obligations, to authorized public institutions and private individuals as stipulated by law, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the Law. With your explicit consent, INVENTO will transfer your “Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, and if any, Visual and Auditory Records” data to Google LLC, a social media platform based abroad (owner of YouTube), for the purpose of increasing the visibility of the company, publishing information and announcements, reaching the target audience more quickly, detecting feedback, and using it in social media campaigns, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 9 of the Law.
METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
INVENTO collects your personal data during webinar activities conducted within the organization through video conferencing channels, and through video and photo shoots within the scope of advertising and social media campaigns.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
As the data subject, you have the right to apply to INVENTO:
To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant provisions, and to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automatic systems,
To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to INVENTO in accordance with the application procedures specified in the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for Applying to the Data Controller, INVENTO will conclude your request as appropriate to its nature as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, INVENTO may request the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT TEXT
I hereby accept the sharing of my personal data falling under the categories of “Identity Information, Contact Information, Personnel Information, and Visual and Auditory Records” by Invento Technology and Information Services Co. Ltd. with the social media platforms, Google LLC, based abroad, for the purpose of increasing the company’s visibility, publishing information and announcements, reaching the target audience more quickly, detecting feedback, and using it in social media campaigns.
I agree that my visual and auditory data within the scope of video/photo shoots and the images obtained by INVENTO through technical processes (“Material”) can be used freely and can be downloaded, shared, reproduced, sold, distributed, stored, published, and transmitted to the public without any restrictions on location, content, medium, number, or any other element by INVENTO, both domestically and internationally, freely and by third parties, in written and visual media without any time or place restriction. I hereby assign, or undertake to assign, exclusively, irrevocably, perpetually, and free of charge, all financial and moral rights, including all usage, processing, reproduction, distribution, representation, sign, sound and/or image transmission rights under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the neighboring rights on the Material I have or will have on the Material, and all rights available under the Turkish Civil Code and other relevant legislation, to INVENTO.
